All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at brandongturner991@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo or video of the damage or defect

We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Lost or Missing Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner promptly.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, UVC air purifiers and sterilization devices cannot be returned once opened.
